Came in this afternoon for 2 coffees, mobile ordered. Drive thru staff just wandering unsure of what’s going on. Counter staff out back doing something, she came back to 3 mobile order and a customer on counter. I asked a staff member to please put on fresh decaf for counter. He first said sure, then turned around and felt how heavy the pot was on the counter. Said he has LOTS. I asked Livia if she could please check the time on the decaf pot before serving it too me, it was expired. She gladly put on a fresh pot for me. Approx 445-515 pm
