I was in Burnside for a month training and my first morning visiting this Tim Horton location I got confused with the entry and by accident got in a lane that was supposed to be an Exit that was leading me threw the Drive Thru. When I got up to the window I explained that I was from out of town and accidentaly entered in the wrong way. Well let me tell you…I was rudely told that I had cut off the car behind me which I completely aggreed (I opened my door when I did and appologized to the person behind me and told the lady that I did not do it on purpose and that it was my first time at this location and that the entry is very confusing)the 2 clerks at the drive thru (an older lady and a young man)told me to go arround and get in line if I wanted to get served…I was not a happy camper!! I drove arround and went in and was then served by the 2 best employees I’ve even had the chance to so business with. They are Kenny and Lee Ann, I’ve been going back 2 times a day for the past 2 weeks just because of those two. Because after that first day, I was never going to go back there again…they made me change my minde because of the exceptional service they gave. I hope the manager of this Tim Horton will read this coment and Congradulate them for their awsome customer service skills. Thanks Guys!!
I got there every morning & afternoon on break for coffee for myself & the lads. I love going there very friendly, very fast & thank you to a server named Whitney. You make my day sweetheart. š
I was refused service as they would not accept my mask exemption. The cashier was excessively ignorant and rude. Screaming at me, that wearing masks us the law. Which obviously is not the case. Obviously, this employee needs to be educated. I will be calling corporate and filing a human rights complaint…
