Ever since they made the cups bigger the French vanillas are never filled to the top. I understand it’s due ton the machine not big modified to match the new cups however I feel it is still important to ensure the cup is full especially when they cost a little extra. Please work on this as it’s the only thing that disappoints.
service was mixed up .Ordered a medium tea 1 milk ,small tea 2 milk got 2 mediums 1 milk and 1 2milk , egg muffin but had no eggs , ordered blt but was to late when I went to pick up and was very cold very slow service and teas were cold when I got home.
Just love getting a coffee that’s full of grinds how does this happen I can tell you employees not paying attention and I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for my cup of grinds
Yet again a cup full of grinds this will be the last time my husband whom has been a regular customer will be in your store there’s no need of 2 cups of grinds within the last 2 days and what’s really sad is no follow up from the store from these complaints Nancy needs to have her staff retrained on proper procedures pertaining to coffee making
