I was in the drive thru last week and ordered my normal med black coffee.
I got home .. sat down to breakfast.. opened the coffee to find a double double. I was annoyed of course so i got back in my car, drove back to the location… and waited in line in the drive thru. When i got to the speaker i curtly asked for the coffee i had ordered. I drove to the window where i recieved instant apologies for the mix up and was given a make it right cupon for a free coffe.
I think that good service deserves to be called out and recognized. THe employee who made all this right with what i considered a sincere apology and quick make it right cupon was debra lawson. I hope that you take the time to acknowlege this employee and while do so…give her my thanks! It
