I understand that they will never be speedy when they are really busy, but the quality of the food really suffers. How hard is it to make a wrap without forgetting to put something on it. It only has 3items in it!!! Cold egg, no cheese and under cooked baccon. I want my 5 bucks back!

This Tim’s had the dirtiest Bathroom I ever saw at a Tim Horton’s. This dirt looked like it was long term grime. I have been in Tim’s all across Canada because you can always depend on good coffee and a clean bathroom. I think that this one needs to upgrade its cleaning procedure or it might have an impact on Tim’s reputation.
Im done wasting my time driving to this Tim’s anymore. I’ve tried numerous times to go there at nine and ten in the night and there is nothing there I mean absolutely nothing showcase was empty. I’m told each time very rudely that the baker goes at 8:00 and what you see is what you get and I didn’t even see a timbit let alone a doughnut or muffin so I won’t be back there and I will be sending pictures of the empty showcase at 9:00 on a sat night to the main offices and social media. I see no point in having a 24 hr Tim’s if all you have are drinks.
The service at lunchtime today was terrible and the staff showed very poor customer service. After waiting 25 mins for soup and a bagel with no apology the girl on the cash asked if I wanted my lunch to go. I said yes because I would have time to eat it. The staff made faces at me from behind the cash. This store has a lot to learn about how to treat customers. Here’s a tip, apologize for the wait and don’t make faces at the customer. I guess I’ll get my coffee elsewhere.

i used to go always dairy queen store for my coffee but one day i was just passing from major paths i decided to get coffee from here.i stop there ,drive through was busy so i go inside to get my coffee.it was dec 2014.one guy serve me with full of joy.i took my coffee and i went home but i feel something different in my coffee,more fresh,accurate my wishes.since that time i deiced to come here and i get my coffee from major paths store every single day.
i was so happy with that guy,i forget his name.he is somewhere from Asia(india,pak,)but he has beard.
he is so good,polite,friendly and such a nice guy.even he knows my coffee,most of the time i just come in and he has ready my coffee.
but from last one week he is not there,i asked twice from the staff but they say they don’t know????? what the,,,,,,,,,,,?he used to work there and the rest of staff don’t know that totally reticulated.
i just want to know where is he i will bring him to another store not a team member but also a good position holder.its my promise. because none can make a coffee like him especially mine.
soon i will find him out if tims don’t tell me.
Well for starters it should not take 20 minutes to make a coffee, the service sucks, and bunch of rip offs!!! I went and ordered a café mocha and a dd which comes to $4.90, the café mocha was unavailable, why I don’t know, so I ordered a tea instead, I had to tell them 3 times I wanted a tea instead, when I received my tea, I was owed .80 and they were not going to give me back my change until I argued with them, well overall just very poor service.
I have to say that the Tim Horton’s at Torbay Road and Majors Path is the worst location for service. Aside from a drive through cup of tea that I can check on the spot, I’m pretty much giving up on the place after tonight. They gave me a medium tea instead of the XL I ordered and when they attempted to correct it, they gave me an XL coffee. My wife ordered a toasted cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese but upon arriving home, found out it was not even toasted.
Over the last several months they have been out of cream of broccoli soup, potato bacon soup and french onion soup. On various occasions they have been out of steak, rolls and soups at lunch time. They have been out of egg, bacon and sausage at breakfast. Unbelievable!
The staff seem polite and efficient but honestly, the branch is poorly managed. To be out of such essential ingredients is like McDonald’s running out of hamburger patties or fries. It’s just unheard of. When I do get the items I ask for, they are delicious but this particular Tim’s location needs to work on its supply issues.
It’s unbelievable the frequency with which this has happened to my wife and I. A run to any other location will get you a better Tim’s experience.
I went through the drive-thru on Monday and counted 9 cups on the ground all along that barrier outside. The employees that work there have to be blind not to see it – so obviously they don’t care. The manager/owner obviously isn’t on top of it because some of them looked like they’d been there a while – so obviously they don’t care. So whose job is it to clean up outside of their business? It’s DISGUSTING!
I was so embarrassed by the supervisor Marge last night!! Mortified in front of her staff that was serving me… so very unprofessional and not only should it not have happened, it will never happen again!!! Tell your employees that shouting at your customers is a bad idea!!!
We have always used this location as it is in convenient location and for the most part we never have any issues but when it comes to going there on the weekends we have never been happy . They constantly saying oh sorry we have no wraps or biscuits for breakfast meals and it will only be 10:00am , make it worse is they won’t tell us that until the rest of our order is completed then turn around saying can’t complete the rest of the order instead of letting us know when we place our order. That just shows lack of knowledge on their part and no management around when this happens , which it has more than once . I am very very disappointed in the service received at this location on the weekends , they really need to train the weekend staff better or the staff members those shifts need to have more pride in the work and help accommodate the customers orders in a better manner
Service at that location is absolute garbage. The co-workers lock the doors and close the establishment at 9:50pm when the location Is stated 11pm every night. Myself and others stand in line for about 20-30min every time we vist. The line up is 1-2people long. They also treat people, me specifically with under disrespect when requesting a sleeve or if they over fill the cup and have scaling hot water pouring over my hands. The people working there should not be working at that establishment. Because of the unwanted visits for coffee I will not be bringing my business nor anyone I associate with to that store any longer. Shameful
WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE TO ORDER A COFFEE FROM. Who let’s thier Co- Workers close up a hour early? I stood in front of the store just to see who else would fall for it. About 20 people had been turned away including myself within a 20min time frame.
The Workers, working there should be called in for a strict meeting regarding this issue! This is not the first time this has been a occurance. It’s only now I’m finding how to leave complaints.

The manager or supervisor at tim hortons majors path should not even be working there let alone in charge. The cashier charged me for the wrong order in drive thru. She said she had to get the manager to do the refund. That manager made the staff, myself and a massive drive thru lineup wait 12 min for her to come for the refund. Assuming she was on a break. She def wasn’t working If it took almost 15 min. And when she came I complained it was ridiculous to have to wait that long. She didn’t give a shit. Just smuggly smiled . Absolutely ridiculous. The staff were also mortified for everyone having to wait that long fpr a manager that was on duty in the store. How does it take almost 15 min?
