Rude. Very fast but seriously lacking in customer service
Just left Tim Hortons on old Placentia rd mount pearl and experienced the worst service ever at a Tim Horton’s. went in to take out becasue drive through lineup was so long….. A man in a black shirt, presumably the manager served us and was slow to enter our order into the computer. Ordered two breakfast sandwich combos, got our coffee right away, waiting for sandwiches for 10 mins… The manager made our sandwiches. Opened them in the car. Belt had sausage instead of bacon like requested but no egg?!? And we only got one hash brown after ordering two combos. As we were in a rush we did not go back and will never be returing to that Tim hortons.. I would eat a burger for breakfast from the adjoined Wendy’s ( I don’t eat beef) before returning to that Tim hortons. New management should seriously be considered. Other employees seemed much more efficient.
I’m never surprised if my order is messed up because I don’t expect much from fast food workers and I have worked restaurants and bars for years, I know good service. However since first receiving the new rewards card and have gone back twice, both times I did not receive points. Both times in drivethru, I had my reward card out and ready. The first girl dropped it and it flew off into the wind, no chance of getting it back. Then today, even though I had another new reward card in my hand as I was handing this guy working the drivethru my change, he didn’t ask for it and wouldn’t swipe my card for points. Said “that’s why we have the sign posted back to have your card out” and I replied “I DID, it was in my hand when I gave you my change” and with a stupid look on his face says “oh well, I didn’t see it” and I said “you should of asked if I had one since you were not paying attention”
Very unimpressed by the dole they had working the drivethru today. Defiantly will not be returning to this same drivethru anymore. The parking lot is an absolute mess to get in and out of and most of the time my order is wrong. especially after losing my first reward card in the wind cause of the first girl and having the second guy trying to blame me for not noticing or asking for my reward card in hand.
