Two days in a row Jul 19-20 2012 (second time just to see if it was a fluke), walked in to get a coffee. First day, ordered a coffee and a tea after waiting 5 minutes (no one waiting ahead of me, several staff slowly milling about without acknowledging I was there or seeming to have a function). After leaving, realized they had screwed up this complicated order and given me two coffees.
Second day, walked in again. Same situation, but a couple people waiting in front of me. They were standing there for a few minutes like I ha the previous day, being stared at by employees walking around without being acknowledged or helped. Today I walked out, not intending to return again.
