Today when at the tims asked for 2 xl dd’s and 2 xl b coffee, double trayed. when i was a block away noticed i had 4 xl b. I also had to double tray it myself. I asked for a dozen donuts in smaller boxes as i was walking and would need a bag also. the girl said “i give you bag” i had to explain that a regular box would be on its side thats why i wanted two smaller boxes. She looked dazed. another employee then showed her the boxes to use. When trying to choose the donuts i wanted, there was so much traffic back and forth, and another woman was already putting in her order that i couldnt see the donuts. She then handed me the bag to put my tin of coffee in myself. Not happy with this service at all.
Tim Horton’s Store #1851 at 560 Pembina Hwy in Winnipeg is either under-staffed or poorly trained (albeit friendly). Not only did they screw up our order but only gave my fiance a sandwich after she ordered the combo. Later, she was told that our 2 meals together were the actual combo. That makes no sense at all. We are regular patrons of Tim Hortons and are very aware of their menu and how it’s laid out. Then after getting both coffees corrected, my fiance paid an additional fee for the rest of the items that should have come with her combo in the first place. I was outraged. At very least, I needed to write this complaint. We would have told the manager but we couldn’t establish who exactly it was. Besides, we were out of time.
