I dont like to buy fast food often so I go to tim Hortons for bagels. Not anymore. The bagels are soft and soggy, so I order them double toasted. One toasting makes it appear crisp but it has no crunch what-so-ever.
Out of about 10 times ordering a double toasted bagel, its litteraly been double toasted once. I dont exaggerate. It was great, but not worth ordering 10 bagels, to get ONE right!
I think its ridiculous I have to write this review, but I’m pissed I’ve been wasting my money (on 9 or more bagels I dont even want to eat) and will not go to tim hortons again. I’m 19 and took the time to write this review, if I live to 60 you lost my potential 41years of business. Could have yelled at someone working there but it isn’t their fault if management isn’t keeping them in check. So THANKS FOR YOUR TIME! BTW zero stars should be an option.
Great service, fabulous staff, the manager is really nice. This is my favorite Tim Hortons!
People who work here are always smiling and very friendly. Best Tim Hortons in town. I will recommend everyone to go there. A very clean place and very friendly environment. So impressed

Unless you are a drive thru customer service generally sucks at most Tim Horton locations. However this location has brought it to an all time low. Just dropped in for lunch with single customer in front of me. After 5 minutes this customer was served so I assumed I would be quickly taken care of. Instead I had 6 sets of eyes acknowledge I was there but not one staff member came to help me. After a further 10 minutes I just walked out without getting any help. Don’t know why Tim Horton’s operates anything other than a drive thru.
Went to the A&W next door where they literally opened the door for me when I went in. A few lessons in customer service could be learned from them for sure.
This is the best location ever! The staff are friendly and work very hard
