I won a 50$ Tims Card and looked online on how to claim the prize and the instructions said go into the store during regular hours and the manager will honor the prize. This particular store is open from 5 am to 11 pm 7 days a week, I went in after work at 6pm and they wouldn’t honor the prize because there was no management on site. I was told to come back a certain time the next morning when it was convenient for them, when I told her I worked in the morning and wasn’t able to come in when it was convenient for them I was told there was nothing they could do and sent me away. I asked for the corporate number and instead I was given the store number so that when I got home I called the store I was just at, some people need to be fired.
