Worst Tims in PG. Went there Saturday morning. Upon walking in, was greeted with a floor that was a disgusting mess and dirty dishes piled on tables all over the place.
Ordered an egg white sandwich with ham on whole wheat. after waiting 5 minutes for the sandwich girl to get through all the drivethru orders, she finally tells me she’s out of whole wheat english muffins and asks me if I want plain. I tell her no so she goes to the back and magically finds some whole wheat in the cooler.
After toasting my muffin, and filling a couple more orders, she realizes she has no egg white left. “Would you like regular instead?” No, if I wanted regular I would have ordered regular. So she goes to the back again and asks for the cook to make some more egg white. I was told it’d be a minute and a half. After another 5 minutes of waiting she finally goes to the back again and gets the egg white and puts my sandwich together.
Ordered a black coffee and a breakfast sandwich to go, total time in store, 22 minutes.
I go to this timmies all the time and its my favorite, but lately not so much, why are you always out of donuts and bagels at 11 in the morning? I tried to order a everything , no did not have next a plain, nope did not have, finally after the 4th try I had to settle for a blueberry one. most disappointing. this seems to be happing all the time lately. staff are still nice and very friendly but please fix the lack of product problem .
may 14, 2020 while waiting for my bagel this morning , I observed one of the people on the sandwich counter, while making a sandwich , she then walked over and made some sort of cold drink and also went to donut display case and took a donut out of showcase. this was all done while wearing the same pair of gloves. is that not cross contamination? whats the point of gloves if you wear the same pair for three different tasks. may have to rethink coming to my favorite store after seeing that especially in these uncertain times. the service I got was great and the staff are always friendly, so I hope this matter will be taken care of in a timely fashion
