This Tim’s is the worst I have ever been to and
I have been to many including Yellowknife which is probably the busiest one in the country.
Went there this morning for a quick bite before a busy day and everything was inedible.
Breakfast wrap that was burned and totally dried out and a simple English muffin with egg and bacon that was so chewy I couldn’t eat it…!!!
It would have been much better to have had an Egg McMuffin at MacDonalds.
TH is supposed to be so much better but they have failed me too many times.
Get it together or close the doors…!!!
Used to be a good place to go for a coffee, but anymore. Going to support smaller local shops. Poor service and not enough local people working there, and to be fair we traveled across Canada last spring and noticed it at most of their stores. Tim’s is not the what it used to be. I’m done.
Owner and management should be embarrassed and ashamed at the condition of the seating (booths).
They have been in this state of disrepair for quite sometime!
PLEASE get this situation rectified …it’s not very difficult to do
