Staff are under-trained and over-opinionated. My order is never correct, and when I ask for it to be fixed, the staff gives me attitude.
After a cinnamon raisin bagel was topped with herb & garlic cream this morning (instead of the plain light i rewquested) I will NOT be returning. How do you mix up plain (white & creamy) with herb & garlic (chunks of herb)???
