This has to be hands down the worst experience ever! I came in with my two kids as drive thru was slammed. No line up so we got to the till and the cashier seemed really confused about my order and kept getting agitated so I laughed and asked her if we could start again because she looked really confused and flustered. Her answers and attitude kept getting sharper and sharper and at the end of the order when I asked her to apologize for her attitude especially in front my kids she started arguing with me loudly and when I said please go get your manager the manager at first seemed nice and accommodating. He seemed to brush off his employees horrible attitude and awful behaviour he promptly proceeded to delete my (the order that took his employee three times to get right) and told me he would not serve me and told me to get out and that I could never come back again. I can not believe this happened in front of my two boys. forgot to mention the incompetent manager asked me never to come back lol and that he never wants to see me again in this area? Was that a threat? Fool
From last 2 nights. I m coming to the tim hortons having hope for coffee. But what I am seeing from two days. A note on the door that our store will be closed tonight. Then why it’s 24 hours??? It’s okay if it happens only one night but I think the employees are taking free pay.
I visited on Dec 24 after shopping . staff was very friendly and help them to get some water for my kid. Girls who serve was really nice.
