Saturday September 1st @ 7AM.
Stopped at the Tim Hortons and ordered a breakfast wrap and bagel belt to go.
When we opened the bag it contained garbage along with the food. (A used individual hand wipe and packaging.
When I took it back in the store, they replaced my food but nobody appologized. The manager was standing right there but did nothing.
Did not offer anything to make it better.
Absolutely the worst customer Severvice we have received from any Tim Hortons.
Great customer service and great coffee I would recommend to everyone to try this place .one of my favorite place in Canada.

Just had my first latte at Tim’s. I was so disappointed will what I received. It did not taste anything like a latte. It tasted like powdered milk. It was so disgusting I could not drink it and ended up throwing it out. I never throw out coffee much less a lattes. You make great coffee so why offer such a terrible drink. My suggestion is to take it off the menu. It gives Tim’s a bad name.
Unfortunately this Tim Hortons location in Stettler has declined substantially. No matter when you go to the drive thru they are usually out of what you are wanting. If you go inside you are lucky to get served as they are so short staffed.
Chances are when you order a coffee made to order it will be wrong. The worst Tim Hortons I have been to, and I still give them a try once in awhile. Grant Hiebert
