This is without question a five-star-plus location, and that’s because of the amazing,staff. They are the best start to my morning–every single morning. Hard-working, unfailingly polite, efficient and with a work ethic that is rarely seen in the service industry these days. My husband and I have patronized this drive-thru for many years and have gotten to know them, and their lovely, smiling faces. Lloyd draws hearts on our coffee lids–right under our names–and always has a kind word, even on the coldest of Edmonton mornings. Irish, the mother of two little girls, is always smiling, even at 5 o’clock in the morning, when most of the rest of the world is asleep. So is Kat, who knows our coffee order by heart. I feel strongly that their hard work should be acknowledged, and rewarded. Hey, I have an idea–you could feature them in one of your upcoming TV ads! They really are the stars of Tim Hortons, as far as I’m concerned.
