Location is okay but very little parking available for such a large restaurant. Also very difficult to get back onto the main road. Not the best location.
The service in this store is poor. Twice have received warm yogurt and luke warm coffee. Purchased a dozen cookies and they were stuffed in two separate bagel bags, falling out and not a big variety only 3 types. Worst part was they were stale and hard!
I had to ask one time at this location if I needed to walk through the drive through to get waited on. I was being ignored while drive through customers took priority. Staff was filling cup sleeves, making coffee etc. while I just stood there waiting. Finally I spoke up and was served.
I have been to this Tim Hortons maybe 6 times and 3 times it was a bad experience.
Sorry Tims, not a good example for your business. I always thought the first Tims in Spruce Grove AB was the worst – this location has it beat!
