I am a nurse and I love my 2am runs at this location.

I frequently visit this location on my morning commute to work for breakfast. There is an employee named Laura that has ruined my warm welcomed, that I usually receive by visiting your store. To my belief while eating I noticed an unfounded rudeness to my self,and other customers.
I have listened to her negative attitude for several weeks and thought you should know the types of individuals you have working there. I watched her rudely throw a bag at an elderly gentlemen because he did not realize he dropped his knife on the counter. She then turned to another employee and made rude gestures to her.
There are several Tim Horton’s on my route to work, but I choose this location because of the friendly service. However, I do not think I will be returning to this location if this type of indescribable behavior continues.
