I just want to suggest about the attitude of all the Filipino working as storefront in this restaurant/store, that please be nice and professional to all customers. They are not nice and polite. They don’t even know how to smile to their customers even i always smile at them. First hour in the morning and they look very irritated and we don’t know why, it is so frustrating and contagious their attitude. I went to this store this afternoon to buy 2 large coffee and half dozen of donuts and I realized that I made a mistake on selecting the donuts, I politely ask the Filipina who gave me the donuts to replace it with the different flavor and with the killer look at her eyes, she answers me back with arrogant tone why I wouldn’t choose the right one at the start? She looked like mad to me as if i committed a crime. I apologized to her and she was just frowning face. I think this is not the way they should treat their customers. For them the customers are just like a garbage, all they care is just to earn salary. They don’t really care about customers…and I think they will not until someone will train and orient them again with the right conduct and good manners…Thank you
