Since the change of staff this store has taken a bad turn. At present the new staff are unable to get the order right. Everyday we are there and each day something goes wrong.
We had a combo the other day and were charged for a single sandwich (just turkey with chipotle sauce on white bread ) I got some turkey sandwich on brown with bacon …anyway not what I ordered…Was at the counter twice to have it corrected but the new guy never got it right….Then he proceeded to tell me that I can’t order a combo ..excuse me…So the rest was all done without a combo price. Paid for each item separately single coffee and single soup…X2 Add all that up it exceeded the combo price so we were ripped off ..that’s what I would think.
Drive through is very slow …and Roland needs to be more polite and sincere.
The last thing is please tell your staff to STIR the coffee which at this store seems to be a problem every time we go which is everyday.

They charged $3.70 again on Sept 2, 2021 (once in AM and again in PM), i just go there in the morning and charged again on my credit cart twice on same day as i never been there in PM, please credit this money back to my credit card. Thank You
