On Wednesday night around 8:30pm I went to Tim Horton’s to get Tm Bit’s for my daughter’s class. I asked for a box of 20 & a box of 10. The box felt a little light but I wasn’t going to go through it and touch every Tim Bit before serving them the next day. After school my daughter confirmed my suspicion that it was short 5 Tim Bits by her teachers count. I was at the store at 9:19pm to get my daughter Chili which they had none on the Thursday. I mentioned this to the manager that was on the speaker and she offered to replace the 5 I was shorted the night before. I agreed and we went to the window where she proceeded to school me on all the information I needed to provide her in the future so that she can properly write off their discrepancies. I was able to tell her the time, my exact order. Describe the two kids that brought my order and the difference between them and the other staff but apparently that wasn’t enough. She wanted to argue and let me know her needs. I found her completely unprofessional and would recommend customer service training. The girl that brought the food the night before happened to be working again and was more professional then her supervisor that I assume is supposed to train her. Very concerning and will consider driving the extra 10-15 minutes to another store in the future. Further she asked what I would like for the 5 timbit replacement. I told her a mix of honey dip & birthday cake. I got a total mix. Apparently even fixing an order isn’t possible to get correctly. The next Tim Horton’s was closed so my daughter opted for McDonalds.
