Worst service I have ever received at a tim hortons not only did they take my order wrong they proceeded to argue with me abd suggest I take a hash brown with my Italian bagel combo instead of wedges. I paid more then I was supposed to fir the combo which I was willing to overlook because things happen but when I reached my place of work I discovered they covered my grilled italiano bagel sandwich with siracha hit sauce …. I can’t eat anything spicy. To make matters worse I can’t leave work to get my bagel sandwich replaced as I work independently. Now I have to work an 8 hour shift with no food and I can’t even call to complain bc this tim hortons number listed is out of service
The women “helping” me was rude and rushing me but even worse just wanted to get rid of me instead of adjusting the amount of money I paid.
The tim hortons at 924 16th Ave nw calgary ab is a waste of time don’t go there unless you want bad service and food that’s not made according to the menu or customers order
