This location is unorganized. My boyfriend and I were at the front of a long line up and when we saw that one of the two tills to order from had been available after the customer before us was done, we went up to that till. The cashier left and went to the other till where the customer behind us in the line up walked to and was served immediately. We waited and waited but no one acknowledged us or even made eye contact with us until I said “Excuse me. Excuse me.” A staff member finally made eye contact with us and coldly said “Yeah,” and walked away. She returned, not even smiling or apologizing.
