Had to wait 10 minutes in line while the staff talked about plans for the weekend and what parties they are going to.

I am writing on this morning terrible situation (Thursday, Nov-18-2021) The cashier has shift at 9:40am treated me like a homeless person that stole a food. my order 1 tea, 1 Coffee, 1 muffin, 1 bagel. in some reason, I had an eye contact with the employee that give me the bag told me my order. I took it to my car and didn’t check it. the cashier came to in and just ask what is your order?even was not waiting for my answer Then she took away my 2 drink from my hand directly and run into store-which is I have to run after her. After took the drink that I was already drank, she give it back to me and didn’t say anything to explain.
If I am a person that make mistake to take wrong food. I would say Sorry to her. But for this akward situation, she is the one treat her client like trash. Shannaz-the manager- is the only one give me her name.
Please, in case you don’t really have time to explain to customer, at least DONT TOOK AWAY MY DRINK AND FOOD . you only need to tell me follow you. That’s is best way you can treat your client. Many thanks
