I ordered one cheese biscuit toasted with butter the girl stops speaking and repeats what would I like, so I say the biscuit one small coffee and one extra large black coffee she then says oh you don’t want the small coffee? I said yes I want both sizes. She then says so what do you want? I then told her my order in a slow manner and then she says you don’t have to yell at me I told her I’m not this is my natural voice. She then says I’m just double checking what you want, I then said I’ve told you 3 times what I want. She’s then AGAIN telling me not to yell at her. I again told her that’s my natural voice and canceled my order. She says ok and to me it sounded very sarcastic as she tells me again I was just double checking your order. I’m like still sitting at the order box and I said to myself oh my god and then she starts speaking to me what oh my god! I told her I’m not speaking to her and she just kept going now she’s saying mm hmm and uuh huh so I’m waiting for the drive thru traffic to get out so when I get to the window I asked the gentleman at the window who is that rude girl at the order box and he says oh she’s over there pointing I then just drove off. This happened September 22 at approximately 11:20 am. I would just like your business to know what kind of TERRIBLE service this woman gave. I have always had good service at this location. I highly doubt I would come back to this location anymore as I drove to the 104 and Scott rd location and they didn’t have a problem understanding my order and they didn’t tell me to quit yelling AND they even gave my 2 little dogs in the car a tim bit for each. Now that is some customer service!!! I hope you would have a word with this woman not to treat customers so poorly. Thank you
