I went to this location, at 448 in the morning. The employee Gordon, was awesome! he was patient with us, polite, and courteous. it was ” my favorite trip through the drive thru ever>” said my girlfriend.

This was by far my worst experience at tim hortons ever..
To start,I was 8 mins before I got to the telecom..
I ordered a turkey club with a side of wedges and a diet coke..my second order was a small chili with a side of wedges and a water..
Drove up to the window to pay and was greeted by a young man who took my money and handed me two bottles of water..I said I ordered a diet coke…he said we are out. I said oh.ok. no problem..j waited a few minutes,he came back and said,”sorry we are out of wedges”. I was surprised they would be but it happens…so he refunded that off my bill…few more mins went by and he returned to tell me they were out of chilli..I lost it..sorry this is not acceptable at 1pm on a sat.
And to complicate thing even more they hadn’t changed over the breakfast menu at the drive thru because they were too busy.. too busy returning customers money..
I will not be visiting this location ever again. I’ll hit up star bucks next time. Where things are better organized..
