Less time tossing the food and drinks through the window and more time getting the order right.
This week 2/4, wrong coffee, wrong order, incorrect order and missing order. I know its cheap and im not worried about the few bucks i spend, but its because my orders is messed up consistently that bugs me. I know you guys have some kind of timer to get customers through the drive through fast, but you are compromising orders to do that. Dial it back some.
