This is often a busy location, being a stone throw away from down town core, and on a popular and busy city transit corridor. Having said that, in my opinion, the staff seem to handle the customer flow well, when there is knowledgeable and fluent English speaking staff on duty. This location used to suffer from high employee turn over, though I’ve noticed it has got quite a bit better over the past year. I stop at this location a few times a week while I pass by, and haven’t waited an unreasonable amount of time to be served and receive my order. They’ve come a long way compared to 3 years ago, trust me. For now, good job guys and girls!
There’s no drivethru at this location since it’s downtown. Never seen a Tim Hortons faster than them but sometimes it can affect the service. How ever, it is a very busy area with a bus stop right in front so people take wrong order by mistake because they are in a hurry and if there’s any mistake with your order (even if you said it wrong) they will fix it right away no over charge. Since it is a very busy area, during the day They sometimes run out of food but during the evening, they rarely have a lot because they don’t have over night baker to make more food. If they where open 24h/7 the score for the selection would be hire but it would not be good money for them.
