I was at the Tim Horton’s at GP just before 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25 and I want to commend an employee for her exceptional service. I am not 100% sure, but believe her name was Janiki. She was serving a woman in a wheelchair who needed a considerable amount of help, and so a line up started to form while Janiki was serving her. Some employees might have gotten flustered and rushed the customer, or might have been abrupt and impolite. Janiki was calm, helpful and courteous to both the customer and to the rest of us waiting in line. She was extremely respectful and polite in what might have been a stressful situation for someone else. I hope Tim’s management recognizes that her professionalism was valued by other customers and congratulates her. Thanks!
