The service was unbelievably slow, I assume it was a trainee which is fine, I work in retail I know how it goes. However this employee was not interacting with the customers, when the employee was ready, they said nothing to the next customer waiting in line. Just stood there staring..
None of the tables were cleaned, in COVID times that is a huge no. They had enough staff to have someone come out and clean the 9 tables they have inside. When a customer came back to the counter to inform the staff that he received the wrong items, the staff was incredibly rude to the gentleman.
Overall very unimpressed.
