There was only one person working when I was there. The employee’s name was Jennifer. She has the best customer service I have ever seen and was so friendly and efficient at her work. Her skill and professionalism was very refreshing. If all of Tim Horton’s employee’s were as good as her, their ratings would shoot through the roof.
