The staff at the Tim Hortons is excellent but the service is terrible, especially at the counter. Many times I’ve waited ten minutes or longer when there was only one or two people ahead of me.
It seems the ‘drive thru’ is given precedence while the inside line simply has to wait.
Far too few counter staff.
