To the manager/supervisor in charge of putting “Sandra” on cash…Sandra has to be the most scatter-brained and careless retail employee I have ever encountered. To be honest I don’t believe she has ever taken my order correctly…ever! Not that I am surprised but she repeated this feat again this morning. I ordered a large tea and a muffin with butter but she’s too busy looking into space and not paying attention so of course she rings in 2 large teas..After correcting her on that I had to ask for butter and a knife because as always she wasn’t listening when I ordered..I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt so I don’t bother changing lines when she is there…I guess I was wrong, she gets worse instead of better! I have worked at Scotia Square for 10 years and have never been this disappointed with an employee of Tim Horton’s…terrible!
I tried to complain to the department accepting complaints, only to get my case closed without explanations. There [ is that short guy, who I had to ask for a bacon rape three times, and he repeats after me farmer raps, then when I say frozen lemonade, I am served a classic lemonade. I ask for his name, he screams, and I can get you the manager too … wow, wow. Then I try to complain they close my case … go figure
It’s pathetic that the hot chocolate machine has been broken for 2 weeks now. This is unacceptable š¤
