This Timmie’s is always understaffed during dinner rush. The line is always at least 5-10 minutes long because they usually only have 3 staff members working (2 cash, 1 sandwhich bar).
On one occasion I waited for 15 after paying for my perfect pairing because they had a trainee on sandwhich bar with no help.
Overnight service isn’t great. No food available, long waiting time to be served. Grill is always being cleaned at breakfast time, maybe it should be done closer to 1am, and not when the night staff are getting hungry for breakfast.
Recently noticed their menu screens are always off and when asked about it, the answer is “They should be fixed soon”. As it’s still not fixed, I started to notice that they charge more for certain items than any other Tim’s in the Ottawa area. Have a feeling this is a ploy to charge customers more without them knowing about it.. Ordered a sandwich last night, waited at the appropriate area and was then asked to go the other side of the store to get my sandwich so the employee didnt have to walk on his clean floors. I don’t care about your floors. Just do your job and serve me my paid for food.
