Very horrible service they speak their own language in the front they always get the order wrong every time I order a bagel they never provide napkins in the bag when I ordered the bagel they don’t smile they don’t say how was your day and the supervisors and there are very rude and the donuts are always hard and they look very messy especially the one upstairs at Metro and the one downstairs near the dollar store I’m never going to that one again I’m going to the one outside the mall I think the lady name is Samantha girl and Kajal lady working after noon poor service don’t no how to deal with People should give you the food and say here you go not even have a great day or anything just here here you go

The one downstairs near the dollar store even the tables nobody even clean his number comes out in checks it every time I come in in the afternoon as well they’re dirty nobody cleans the table at all then when I order the coffee the coffee taste really better like there’s grains in it and then when I show them they don’t do anything about it they’re just going to be like your here’s another one no customer service whatsoever
The service is very horrible at the one Near the dollar store the TIM HORTONS there I would not recommend anyone going there at all they do not know how to treat their customers the right way they pretend that they care but they don’t they just want your money and the coffee is always better every time I go to the one downstairs or upstairs in the upstairs one pays a little better than the one downstairs it’s nasty and every time I get my bagel it’s hard like it’s been sitting out for like over two or three hours and they say always fresh
I went sure slow service but way cheaper then star bucks Maybe there’s no manager on shift showing the employees what to do because it seems to me there’s more supervisors in there than there is management
And I’m not even off the health and safety board goes in and checks cause of so many flies and fruit flies inside their showcase every time I try to buy a donut or something from them I see so many of those flies flying around like they don’t even care and it sits on the food that is not sanitary

I was a guess on Friday the 13 of Aug 2021 just before 2pm I was in line I bought my food and I spoke to the manager name saris gave her face masks then she got mad because a guy from value mobile told her something and she told me she will call the police on me I said why then she said u say my name Sarita no good she said she don’t no him I have family then she threatened to kill me she said she don’t go to police she then said it again then I try to let the owner no about what her manager said sholrota does not care she told head office she will not call me and she told head office that I go in every day and Jerry’s the staff and ask for a discount witch was not true at all camera don’t lie then I go in once in a while and I pay for my food and leave and head office is not doing anything about this and she did say to me she would kill me cause so,some told her lie an the owner dose not care about customers only her self and money as a owner she should call me to resolve the matter it’s the Tim Hortons at 25 Peel drive bramhall city centre near dollar store and I use to work at that location no good and new people working there I would like the owner to prove that I ask for discount witch is a lie I don’t bag or ask for hand outs and I like her or head office to see me on camera herrasing the staff witch is a lie I go in pay and leave . And I use to be a baker there not clean in the back of the store and I had no issues with manager until Friday as a guest I’m telling everyone don’t go there go to the outside store no good service and owner will not respond or call me back I like to no why guest are right and I want this matter resolved
