This is probably the worst Tim hortons in London. They never get the simplest order of a biscuit right and they slowly take their time, not caring that there are people waiting in the line for 10mins. Waiting in line wouldn’t be the problem if they actually got your order 100% right.
The only reason I still go there is because it is the only fully functioning Tim hortons in the school. I’m tired of having to go back basically every time & telling them the order is wrong. Since its the only fully functioning Tim Hortons, they should be trained up to standard just like any other location because I’ve never had a problem with an order as bad/frequently as this Fanshawe location.
