I work near this Location and visit it often. I have never gone through quickly. It takes at least 10 minutes for me to get a tea.
Whether it’s my day shifts, evening shifts or night shifts this location has made me late back to work.
Tonight it took me 16 minutes to get a tea. And there wasn’t even an apology for the wait.
I began using the 401/ Brock (which doesn’t allow for left hand turns leaving the plaza) rather than this location because it still allows me to return to work quicker.
I understand things come up and staff shortage happens, but it’s almost every visit now.
