I come into this tim hortons every morning at 6:15am have been for years. I always see employyees in trainging whom I believe to be on there way to being an asset at this establishment. Every time theres a new girl whos friendly bubbly and makes my morning in a week or two shes gone. It seems theres a problem with the management I ran into 2 women at separate times that were one of these new trainees and they both said that the manager (summer, if memory serves me right) apparently she has a reputation for forcing these girls to quite with her poor skills as a manager and her favoring of the male employees(can anyone say sexual harassment?) as they are all under 20. From my personal experience while I was in one morning I saw her actually killing flies with fly swatter right over open soup. Theres been a few different trainees who made my day with their bright smile and friendly customer service. I think they should get rid of the manager and bring back the good employees!!!!
I’m a regular customer at this place as it is the only Tim Hortons in downtown Bolton. Recently, I’ve noticed that only one person is doing the cleaning and it seems to be a case of racism. I am very unhappy seeing this and I hope something is done about it.
the ladies who run this place on weekdays are fast, friendly and efficient, and they get your order correct. the kids they use on weekends are not very bright, have attitudes, seem like you are bothering them by shopping there, get your order wrong at least 25% of the time, and there are 10 people working drive through and 1 working the counter for the people who actually got out of their car to come in. This is the worst tims i have ever visited and when i have the time i drive to the other tims at the south end of bolton.
