The tables are always dirty. There have been MANY times when I have gotten my own personal wet wipes and cleaned them myself because certain employees give you attitude when you ask them to do it. There are some employees who are nice, but for the most part they are very rude. The big white lady has a huge attitude and yells at customers for coming back because SHE made their food wrong… I have officially boycotted this place. I’ve been a student at York for many years and I’m really tired of being treated like shit at this Tim Hortons, even though I’m spending my hard-earned money there, so their ungrateful asses can get a pay cheque.
shitty service. unclean restaurant and miscommunicated uncoordinated staff. they don’t know what they are selling and they make consumers wait 20 minutes for a sandwich.
One of the unprofessional people in the restaurant complain to Tim Horton head office ..will get reply in next 3 days .. so no tim Hortons for next three days .. if I did not get reply .. I will buy from Mcdonald. .

man their service is SO unbelievably slow, especially in the mornings where there are people trying to get their coffee or breakfast right before their class. the workers work very slowly and seem to take their time, which is a huge ass piss off.
Tried calling the William Small Centre Time Hortons to speak with a manager. Left two messages and now they will not answer the phone.
