The staff are not well trained in customer service. In fact the lady who made my sandwich yelled at me impatiently when I dared to ask her again if my breakfast sandwich was a croissant sandwich because I couldn’t hear her clearly the first time as she was five feet away and did not really look at me when she answered. This bad experience led me to realize that the staff there never smiled and never once said “How are you?” let alone “Have a nice day!” That’s why Timmy’s brand image to me is a couple cuts below the other high-end coffee chain and even a cut beneath the other “happy” fast food chain. It has less to do with the food and more to do with the staff.
