very cozy inside, beautiful staff and lovely managers š
The supervisors at this store interrupted my transaction 3 times with the worker while I was waiting for my 4 coffee order. The store also billed me twice for my coffees. I have had to talk with my credit card company to obtain a refund. Customer service at this location was pathetic today. I had to ask supervisors to let my server complete my order before talking to her again.
