The service at the store is not acceptable. Had to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. The problem is that there is not enough staff Today was not the first time waiting for a coffee. First the cashier has to take the order then get it ready before serving the other waiting costumer .Please try to rectify the problem cause I like to have my cup of
coffee at the mall. People are getting frustrated waiting so long for a good cup of Tim Horton Coffee.
