The Best coffee in town!
The people are amazing.
Absolute garbage, used to Tim Hortons all the time, now I take the extra 15 mins to drive off base to go to mcdonalds, (still faster than waiting at Tim Hortons) coffee used to be great, and now it’s hit and miss, usually burnt coffee, stale pastries and bagels, and not to mention the staff always seems quite annoyed, makes me feel like I’m inconviencing them. Have spoken with many peers on base and they feel the same way, my honest opinion, if there was ANY other coffee shop on base it would run Tim Hortons into the ground, if they don’t do it to themselves first.
Oh yah, will never go back, tried again this morning, wouldn’t you know it , burnt coffee, and a stale bagel. Come on tims , get it together
I absolutely love paying $2.00 for a hot cup of warmed brown water. This store is absolute crap. What happened in the past two years that this has happened? Who is the owner of this store, so I can serve them the same damn coffee I get every time.
Well I would normally go to Tim’s on base, but things have been going down hill there big time.
Today was horrible,
I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit no cheese
(Pretty easy if you asked me)
So first after ordering it took 15 mins to get to the window.
Then I get to the window and they ask me my order again. So I gave it again.
Then they gave me a farmers wrap ( wrong)
Then they gave me another wrap without cheese ( wrong again)
Then they gave a farmers sandwich on a bagel (wrong again)
Now for the third time some lady with a shit load of attitude came to the window to ask me my order again. So again for the 3rd time I gave it again.
It was Simple a sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit no cheese.
Then they gave me a farmers sandwich on a biscuit. (Wrong again)
Unbelievable at this point.
So I decided to just to get my money back so the huge line up behind me could get there orders, however most likely they will be wrong.
I processed to ask for my money back,
The girl at the window told me NO that all I had to do was take off whatever I didn’t want on the sandwich. Great customer service.
So not only did I not get a sandwich they wouldn’t give my money back either.
Maybe some of these workers need to do a bit of training on sandwiches, and most of all customer service.
Most of the time I feel bad for these workers because of ignorant people they have to deal with on a daily basis for low pay.
Meanwhile for the workers at this location that I dealt with today I have zero respect for, because that’s what I was treated with.
GREAT JOB AS****ES!!!
If there is a manager that works there with a little more respect for their customers than the working staff he/she may want to open their eyes and see how the staff is working and treating customers.
