Tonight at 08:00 pm, I have visited at this location with my friends….The place were chaos while employees were chatting and having conversations with their customer friends. After long waiting in the line , we got an opportunity to order our drink. An Employee, I believe her name was Chelsea, finally processed our order and failed to inform us our order is ready!. We have asked her to give us our drink…and she informed with harsh tone that our drink were ready sometime and it is three.
I have asked help to understand the order and what it is written on top of drinks, her reply were …”you could read yourself.”
I have again requested her to make sure that our order is correct. again, she turned away and say … “That is your order.”
I immediately requested to see the supervisor…and requested to get my money back!. Trans# 955296
I just can’t understand the reason of her disrespecting me while I am the customer and come here to get a quality service.
