– New employees need better training on how to use cash register & know what products are at the store
– Better customer service skills, many **who work the cash register** are very rude with customers
– Speed is a massive issue, one of the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to
– Highly recommend having a different crew for the morning rush 6am – 8am on weekdays, extremely slow employees on cash and line up is almost always out the door
– Would recommend having more than 1 cash register open at the morning rush
