The staff ignores walk in customers, giving priority to drive through. It took 10 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee, having no customers in front of me.
They walk by, pretending not to see you, then pour the coffee extra slow.
The only store with such untrained staff.
The worst Tim Horton’s I have ever been to the staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional I heard them not only talking and making fun of their customers but ignoring anyone who walks in for the drive through, they had one person doing all of the work and most of them were sitting around talking to each other. They never have any food their and most of the food they do have is always made wrong, not only that but I’ve seen them visibly mock customers and treat their staff terribly as well. All around a terrible customer experience.They spend all the time in drive through rushing to get them away barley getting the order right and they don’t even pay attention to us walk in customers.
This location is convenient in location proximity to my work. The drive through is poorly equipped, I have a loud speaking voice but am always asked to repeat. They are laser focused on speed, not on service. I am constantly asked to “confirm my order” when I am not finished placing it.
I have more than once received at least day old baked goods (hard, that is how stale). They also rarely carry the new products, but display them on the drive through placards.
When trying to remedy errors in what was ordered, or having received poor quality product, staff is less equipped to deal with the issue. “It happens” is the response.
