I ordered 1 coffee, 1 ice cap, 1 farmers wrap and 1 wrap in the store. I received the cofee and ice cap. I waited 25 minutes for my order. my coffee was cold and ice cap was melted. I could not talk to the manager, she was busy. The excuse i got from staff was that they gave my order to someone else. VERY UNHAPPY. Service is terrible. Beter service at other locations, or macdonalds.
I asked for a grilled cheese melt. The rude attendant says we don’t have the bread for that. I asked for a turkey bacon club. The answer was inaudible. I asked for repetition… the answer is “anything else?” I am one of constant customer here, This isn’t an isolated problem. Try to eat anything that’s not in the display ready to go after 8pm. The grill is being cleaned, or the ingredients are out, or is close to closing time. It’s like they close the “kitchen” two hours in advance. Every day! ! We walk some steps to Wendy’s and it seems we are in another country. Wendy’s 10, Tim hortons 0.
