I bought a Nutella cookie dec 8th finch Tim Horton subway. Worst cookie I had, it was cold with less Nutella and unhygienic. Anyways I ate because I was hungry and had undergone stomach ach.
I had an iced coffee from them earlier this morning and I’m still in bed with stomach flu. Desintary issue with store. Normally it’s not a bad place but there was just something about the iced coffee they made.
I bought coffee on june 3,2019 at 10:10 in the morning the lady whose taking the order is very rude.. im still talking to my friend is what kind of coffee she wants and the lady in the cashier said “ ano ba talagang order nyo” which means what is really your order.. i told her im still asking my friend what kind of coffee she wants and she said.. no you guys are done talking.. i think tim hortons need to put this lady in a seminar about how to be polite and she need to know that the customer is always right.. i dont think she likes her job..
The location is in the middle of the Finch subway, I wanted to commend one lady in particular whose name is Leigh. She’s always very professional and has a good attitude – you need more ppl. like her! 🙂
I ordered peppermint tea from this older lady. She asked “how would like your tea?” That throw me off guard because i didn’t think that this tea would need milk, cream nor sugar. She repeated her question again. I answered “im sorry. What do you mean by that?” She replied, ” you don’t put milk and sugar on your coffee?” I said I wanted plain. Then, she went on ranting about me being mean and not being straightforward with her. I told her I didn’t understand. She immediately dismissed me, not giving me a chance to explain myself. She was really disrespectful and rude. Worst customer service ever!!!!
JOJO, a VERY rude cashier who took my order on Thursday, Jan 20th just because I’ve asked for something they do not offer in their location, he whispered ‘loudly’ ” Why can’t people read the menu, I hate that” !!! in his language (my company happened to understand what he said) and asked us to move aside! We just left.. I cannot handle his rudeness. This is completely unacceptable! This person needs to be disciplined and trained for months!
The lady cashier was flippant and unnecessarily rude when doing her job. I didn’t say anything bad to her and she got disrespectfully impatient with me.
First of all , I just need a coffee for a better day , I ain’t gonna hold a party or something at this place . I asked the lady for tissues she gave me 1 and I was so impressed that people with such thinking and training are placed at front door , then I asked for a large cup of water along with my order that was chocolate glazed and xtralarge I’ve coffee , she cut me in a rude manner and was like water can only be given in small cups , I asked for two she didn’t give me two . I swear I myself am manager at a big chain of Resturants we don’t treat customers like this , Infact we’ve got great training , dunno what they’re lacking at , but clearly there’s a problem at this store or in its staff or management , as I see and read every review about store is negative , Rise up and treat better thanks
