I purchased a 50.00 tim card and was handed an tim card and was told the reciept was inside?? I had my husband pull over so i could check my receipt and to my surprise it had a survey for 10 timbits in it !!! not my receipt. yes I was not happy at this point….I do not live in this area and I was purchasing a gift card for my teenagers road trip the following day. If I hadn’t checked I would have given my son a blank card !!! And that would have been horrible.. I went back into the store and had to wait for service…then when Colton saw me he knew right away why I was there and He proceeded to tell me He was just leaving a note for his manager as He had my tim card and the one he gave me had nothing on it… I was Pissed I told him that I don’t live around here and He lied to my husband knowing he gave him an empty Tim Card……yes I did get my tim card and yes I have told everyone that they need to check their tim cards when purchased right away I just hope that others guest make sure they get what they are paying for..this is unacceptable…. This Tim Hortons has very bad customer service…..We will not be a returning guest!!
