I love this store. I frequently go there for my coffee, and they try to be very fast and polite, and deliver excellent customer service. Kudos to the managers, Maple, and I cant remember the other 2 managers names for a well run store.
On multiple occasions, one Indian named preet I think always stares at me and tells me to hurry up and drive out of the drive thru on my way home from work when I’m putting my coffee in the cup holder. If this happens again I’m not coming there again.
This Tim Hortons sucks big time. They gave me rotted lettuce on my sandwich and even forgot the chicken patty once too. The new manager don’t know what her name is is very cold to customers and staff. This store was definitely a lot better when Lynn and Jenn were the managers. Boy do I miss them. Time to move on and make another Tim Hortons my regular one.
